This year\u2019s Tanzhafen festival offers a versatile mix of dance performances and workshops at an international level. Visitors should be prepared to dock their dance boats. International artists present contemporary dance performances – from Seoul to Linz, from Buenos Aires to Helsinki. The workshops invite all dance enthusiasts, whether professionals or beginners, to join in<\/p>\n

The tanzhafenfestival moves at the interface between dance, media and performance art, located directly at the pulse of the European dance scene. Contemporary dance in all its facets will be performed and taught in an interactive way.<\/p>\n

Physical reactions to stress: DAB Dance Project “First abundance society”<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

With the performance “First abundance society” the DAB Dance Project addresses the physical and psychological states of stress. Anni Taskula and Gergely Dud\u00e1s stage the perfect couple in “Jessie & James” and with their performance “Out-Side-In” the duo ego portrait shows an artistic combination of partner acrobatics, dance and object manipulation.<\/p>\n

Video installations, interactive integration of the audience and acrobatic elements enhance the performances and enable a dance experience of a special kind. The interactive workshops range from Contemporary and Jazz, K-POP and BodyParcour to Acrobatics and Flamenco.<\/p>\n
