\u201eDo Everything. Feel Nothing\u201c is the promise of tampon advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insensitivity is more than symptomatic of our time. The inversion of the slogan is an attempt – in addition to the demand for a different rhythm of life – to formulate the need for other spatial and temporal conditions that allow us to feel intensely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The works in this exhibition explore and reveal a wide range of affects, aspirations, and risks. Art practices are brought into focus that understand madness as a widespread situation and dynamic form of knowledge that is about something crucial-that is, art practices that use careful violations to find ways to calm (oneself) and endure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
