The eye listens too: Whether in the refuge or at the reservoir, the Montafoner Resonanzen play with their concert program from jazz to diatonic harmonica at places in the Montafon mountains where there is not only a lot to hear, but also to see.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right tune is not only important for instruments. But also for the ambience in which the concerts take place. With the choice of concert venues for their festival program, the Montafoner Resonanzen<\/em> have built up an incomparable unique position over the past few years: whether in a mountain hut or in the middle of the forest, the festival concerts live both from the musicians and from the respective location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chilimangaros<\/em> for example offer sharp sounds for sharp ears in the Gargellen cable car station. The jazz ensemble’s behaviorally conspicuous stage programs oscillate between Swing, Latin, Blues and comedy cabaret interludes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The art space 2032 was set up in the winter access tunnel of the Silvretta reservoir. There the Trio Nautico<\/em> plays together with Andreas H\u00f6richt<\/em>, viole and Klaus K\u00e4mper<\/em>, cello through the tunnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the astounding organs of the parish churches in the Montafon also whistle “from the last hole” at numerous organ concerts for the Montafon resonances. So there is not much room for improvement with this mountain music program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
