As a quiet observer, the photographer and writer has always consciously moved far away from the art market. His inventories of reality are always well-formulated, direct and relentlessly ambiguous.<br>&#8220;Near the coffin, reflection on one&#8217;s own life and work becomes fog-free and intense,&#8221; writes Gerhard Pelko. The exhibition of around 80 works recalls well-known series that have already been shown, but the focus is on unpublished b\/w pictures from the last 50 years.
