The Elevate Festival for music, art and political discourse is once again transforming Graz into a hotspot for young, contemporary festival culture. This year’s motto of the Graz Elevate Festival: \u2018Trust Issues\u2019 The interdisciplinary programme offers performances, concerts, installations and DJ sets as well as workshops, film screenings, lectures and discussions. The Elevate Festival will once again open at the Orpheum in Graz, this year with the performance Bounce. Bounce is a sonic adventure, a kinetic performance and an immersive journey through undulating waves, resonant metal structures and infectious, powerful beats, blurring the boundaries between music, dance and installation art and creating an experience that vibrates with raw energy and creative innovation. World premiere in the context of the festival opening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discourse: Trust Issues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Heimatsaal in the Graz Folklore Museum will once again be the venue for three days of intensive discussions with national and international guests. In its 21st year, the festival will once again present a varied programme. Discussion rounds, lectures and interactive workshops offer the opportunity to examine pressing issues from different perspectives, to scrutinise them critically and to reflect on them constructively. The topics covered over the course of three days range from journalism and geopolitics to psychology and activism, artistic practice, digital innovations, net politics and climate protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
