Curators Berthold Ecker (AT), Vendula Fremlov\u00e1 (CZ) and Anna Varteck\u00e1 (SK\/CZ) have set themselves the goal of addressing the connections between age, gender and creativity and highlighting the late work of Slovak, Czech, German and Austrian female artists of the post-war generations. These are generations of female authors who anticipated, shaped and influenced the conditions for the gradual professionalisation and emancipation of female artistic creation and contributed to its integration into Czech-Slovak and Central European art history.
