The exhibition shows how design can contribute to the well-being of society and the environment. At designforum Wien, pro bono projects for social and ecological initiatives are created by committed designers. In addition, designforum will become a lively work and creative space for the entire duration of the exhibition: Austrian and international designers will develop pro bono projects for social and ecological initiatives, associations and organisations on site. DESIGN FOR GOOD was conceived and realised by Studio FREUDE under the direction of Simon Pointner and freude.agency – in close collaboration with Alexander Ahmad and AREA. Together, they send a strong signal about how creative thinking can actively contribute to social change.
