Inspired by a residency at the Cultural Forum in Rome, Klagenfurt-based photo artist Eva Asaad initiated and curated a bilateral exhibition project, the results of which can now be seen in Rome following a show in Carinthia. On display are works by young Italian photographers Alessandra Book, Gaia Credentino and Isabella Nitto. During their stay in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, the three artists created extended series of works on the visual representation of the self and invite viewers to look at Carinthia from different angles, immerse themselves in the cosmos of Italian traces of identity and reflect on the social context.
