In her exhibition Shocking Pop at FLATZ, Ellen von Unwerth presents a selection of her works curated especially for the museum. There are images from all eras to discover, images from magazines, pop culture, works from coffee table books and independent works. Curated by Studio Ellen von Unwerth, Anne-Marie Heinrich and Marc Hämmerle, the exhibition comprises three different parts: HeiMAT, featuring a provocative selection from the book Heimat, which was photographed in the neighbouring Allgäu region; POP SHOCK SELECTION, showcasing rebellious, humorous and glamorous snapshots from recent years; and EVERGREENS.
