Donnertags Praxis moves in a fascinating space between figurative suggestion and process-oriented abstraction. His latest canvases function as visual diaries or fragile dreamscapes; with atmospheric washes, translucent glazes and remarkably fluid lines, he constructs scenarios in which human silhouettes, geometric bodies and surreal symbols converge. Some of the works by the Salzburg-born artist on display in the Elektrohalle were created especially for his second solo exhibition.
