Every tradition has its beginnings. The Schaumbad independent artists’ studio is launching its own new tradition shortly after Easter. In this year’s exhibition, long-standing members and new artists will present a current cross-section of their work and, furthermore, invite visitors to pour the last of their oil reserves into the fire and, in the course of this ritual cleansing, throw the baby out with the bathwater. On site, there will be drinks, Wi-Fi and the opportunity to wash your feet and don some embarrassing hats.
