Over two days and one night, nine venues in Linz city centre will showcase club culture in all its forms: club sounds ranging from electro to dancehall, live performances, talks, workshops and much more. As a vibrant music and pop culture event at the heart of the UNESCO City of Media Arts Linz, it brings the city to life and brings people together. Alongside various styles of pop music from national and international acts, electronic music and club culture are showcased. Exhibitions, talks and workshops open up spaces for exchange, perspectives and questions about the future – always centred on the major theme of our time: digitalisation. STREAM sees itself not only as a festival, but as a platform for networking, artistic discourse and the active promotion of the local music scene. STREAM brings new venues in the city to life, connects art forms and provides free access to a diverse, interdisciplinary music programme.
