The kulturtankstelle of the OÖ Kulturquatier and the University of Art and Design Linz is a lab for artistic-scientific research, production and presentation. It addresses issues of public interest concerning the subjects of space and room through local, (inter-)national cooperative projects. The project Linz Tirana investigates the effects socio-political, economical and social changes have on the design and usage of architecture and public space. Students and graduates of Linz and Cologne invite us to a discourse on hygiene practices in connection with concepts of order and rationality at the Clean Cube.
