Rethinking urban mobility. The House of Architecture shows examples of cities suitable for bicycles.
What does urban development look like that will attract more people to cycle in the future? The touring exhibition of the DAM (Deutsches Architekturmuseum) at Haus der Architektur Graz shows examples where urban development and active mobility are considered together in order to create a high-quality public space for living and moving.
The exhibition is dedicated to the urban issues of traffic and urban planning, which redistribute public space and want to enable safe and balanced mobility for people. With international showcase projects from Copenhagen, Groningen, Barcelona, New York, Ruhr and Oslo. A focus on the situation of cycling in Graz and Styria shows the local development of cycling and cycling culture.
