What makes a place hospitable? The exhibition in the Werkraumhaus explores this question and makes hospitality visible and tangible on the basis of craft objects, materials and spatial solutions. While different atmospheres and spatial themes – from public to private – are depicted in the setting of the exhibition, the various dimensions of good hosting are discussed.
From the witty anteroom, a workshop-like kitchen to the urban salon and an acoustically optimized music room.
The diverse interpretations of authentic hosts from the workshops of the craftsmen of the Werkraum Bregenzerwald will be on display.
