Digital Shadows – Performance & Parcours project at Parkring.
The Performance & Parcours – Project wants to sensitize the citizens of Graz for the careful handling of the personal, digital shadow.
“Digital Shadows” aims to encourage us to be critical of the ongoing digital surveillance. A play in public space will be shown, as well as a digital scavenger hunt to digital and analogue information boards. These boards report on victims of digital surveillance, which can be accessed via links.
At the end of the “Digital Shadow” course the participants are confronted with their own digital shadow, which is generated on the basis of data collected during the paper chase. To participate in the scavenger hunt, the organizers recommend bringing a smartphone with internet access.
