Diversity is the key: Bands from Linz and its environs from a wide variety of genres once again dominate the program of the music festival, which awaits visitors for almost three months with 40 concerts. On Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays the stage will be filled with pop, rock and swing, on Thursdays the hearts of brass band fans will beat faster and on Sundays it will be jazzy. In the programming, special attention is paid to promoting musicians from Linz and the surrounding area who have not been able to perform on stage at the Musikpavillon until now. And all that with free admission.
This year’s participants include Red Machete, Jasper Gata, Stifterhaus goes Musikpavillon with Austrofred, Hausgemacht, PAUL!, Women in Jazz: Swantje and Bundesbahnmusik Linz.
