The title “Atemzonen” refers to the central importance of the element air in Haus-Rucker-Co’s work and builds a bridge in terms of content to important groups of works, such as those shown in the exhibition COVER. Survival in a Polluted Environment (1971).
On the basis of six chapters, the exhibition provides a comprehensive insight into the work of the members, including the architects Laurids Ortner, Günter Zamp Kelp, the painter Klaus Pinter, and from 1971 Manfred Ortner.
