The exhibition, curated by Kateřina Pencová, brings together five artistic positions dedicated to failure in all its facets: as a technical error, personal crisis or structural dissonance. They move between individual experience and systemic conditions – and make it possible to experience how closely the two are interwoven. In Edges of Navigation, failure becomes a method of reorientation. These works do not seek a resolution – they linger in the friction, the shift in time, the improvised. We enter these fragile, unfinished spaces not to overcome failure, but to stay with it – long enough to let it speak. Not as the end of something, but as a beginning that only reveals itself in the collapse. Together, these artists create an open space – in which falling is not failure, but unlearning, moving differently.
