The Philosophicum Lech once again invites you to an in-depth transdisciplinary discussion of a fundamental topic against the backdrop of current debates. Under the title “Adventure. In Praise of Unavailability”, renowned experts from philosophy, social and cultural sciences and other fields – from astrophysicists and extreme mountaineers to literary world travellers – will give talks and discuss with the audience. There is also a highly attractive supporting programme, such as the Philosophicum Dialogues, the Remus Impulsforum, Philosophieren im Kunsthaus Bregenz, Philosophieren am Berg and the ceremonial awarding of the Tractatus. The venue is Lechwelten, the culture and congress centre in the centre of Lech am Arlberg, which opened in 2024. The Philosophicum Dialogues, which are dedicated to highly controversial topics regardless of the annual theme, will kick things off.
