‘The Golden Age: Gustav Klimt’ is a digital art exhibition taking place at Beijing Fun, Qianmen, Beijing. Organised by the Austrian Cultural Forum / Austrian Embassy Beijing and BITDB, in cooperation with GUANGANG GROUP, it invites visitors to immerse themselves in the symbolic and colourful world of Gustav Klimt (1862–1918). On display are 23 authorised reproductions from the Klimt Foundation, as well as interactive stations that bring Klimt’s artistic development to life. Modern digital technologies combine light, shadow and multimedia storytelling to show central motifs such as line, colour and surface in a new light. The exhibition bridges tradition and innovation, reviving Klimt’s work in a contemporary context.
