The exhibition presents works by the Wels-born artist Josef Linsbod. Linsbod, who trained as an artistic weaver and later worked as a police officer, moved to the social institution ‘Schön für besondere Menschen’ (Beautiful for Special People) in Micheldorf after a stroke of fate in 2000, where he also had the opportunity to work artistically. In 2022, Josef Linsbod is collaborating with the artist duo Lina Schobel & Paul Reßl on a series of prints on the theme of summer, sun and beach. The result is a group of works depicting bathers. Light and water reflections, rubber animals and bikinis in delicate colours are already whetting our appetite for the warm season.
