RESILIENT GLITCHES presents a spirit of resistance for an era of technological upheaval characterised by uncertainty and echo chambers, but also by new alliances between art, technology and activism. Over ten days, the festival brings together international works of critical media art, alongside theorists and activists, to explore glitches, hacks and new narratives. In addition, HYPERNOMA marks the launch of a three-year platform project exploring the artistic, technological and social potential of digital gaming culture. HYPERNOMA invites artists, game designers, experts and game studios to Graz for its first major meet-up. Through workshops, try-outs, lectures and pitches, Styrian, Austrian and international figures from the gaming scene will present their latest projects and applications.
