‘Rogue-lite’ is the first solo exhibition at Paul Riedmüller’s Elektrohalle. Riedmüller has already exhibited his works on numerous occasions both at home and abroad. His works seamlessly combine virtual visual culture, fragmented visual worlds and precise airbrush painting to create hybrid, subtly absurd compositions. As can be seen above in the work ‘Let’s Make Tomato Pasta’, classical, intricately detailed still-life elements meet graphic overlays, playfully breaking through the conventional pictorial space. For ‘Rogue-lite’, the gallery is transformed into an immersive, installation-based space: airbrushed canvases enter into a spatial dialogue with mechanical wooden arms, drawing visitors into a choreography of physical painting, movement and post-digital aesthetics.
