Another key focus of the Austrian Cultural Forum in Budapest this year is the topic of human and minority rights. The exhibition “like glass beads to quartz +” presents works by Austrian and Hungarian artists and explores LGBTIQA+ subculture and queer art. The exhibition in the Cultural Forum’s gallery will be the highlight of the programme series surrounding the final of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest (ESC). Over the coming weeks, the Cultural Forum will offer a rich programme of events exploring the European values that the ESC stands for. These events are also part of “Pride Month”.
