For five days, visitors hungry for reading can expect a linguistic fireworks display, a literary experience and knowledge building – an event as unfiltered, eloquent and worldly as the city of Vienna itself. Six exhibition stages and numerous venues throughout Vienna will become the hub for culture, networking and inspiration. More than 350 stage talks, panel discussions and lectures with 439 authors and experts from 25 nations promise a lively exchange of opinions – at a time when open discourse is increasingly becoming a social exception.
