Judith Stehlik presents new works from her ongoing project in which she explores historical portrait photography of women using Polaroid, analogue medium format and Super 8 film. ‘The most important aspect of this working process is shared perception and precise examination in the re-enactment or appropriation of historical poses’ (Stehlik). In addition to ‘feel the body,’ the photo project ‘fabulous men’ and three video works will also be presented: “himbeermilch” (performance artist Julia Müllner), ‘tunted space vol.3’ (the space and its atmospheres), and ‘würfeln’ (investigating the performative paradox, Linda Samaraweerová, Karl Karner and Judith Stehlik).
