Under the title BETWEEN PULL, the Eboran Galerie is presenting the works of the internationally renowned artist Andreas Werner in Salzburg for the first time. His large-scale drawings and expansive installations navigate the space between the past and the future, myth and technology, as well as memory and fiction. The exhibition explores a theme that could not be more topical: why do we find it so difficult today to think positively about the future? With *BETWEEN PULL*, Werner addresses a social phenomenon. Whilst the future used to be closely associated with progress, optimism and collective imagination, today it is often dominated by crisis scenarios, decay and dystopian imagery. His works are therefore not intended as a vision of the future, but rather as spaces for reflection and possibility.
