The FeelAustria Days are taking place in Switzerland for the first time this year. Following last year’s successful debut in Berlin, Zurich will become a hub for contemporary Austrian culture and cuisine for five days. The Cultural Forum Bern is organising three events in collaboration with Österreich Werbung. The programme kicks off on 17 September with Katherina Braschel and Elias Hirschl, two of the most exciting voices in younger Austrian contemporary literature. On 18 September, Annemarie Andre and Birgit Birnbacher will continue the literary programme. On the same evening, AZE will provide dreamy sounds and Ankathie Koi will deliver retro pop, creating musical highlights. The wider cultural programme includes an exhibition by Astrid Langer from 16 to 22 September, as well as her Scribble Workshop on 20 September. The programme also features a reading performance by the multi-award-winning Viennese comic artist Nicolas Mahler on 19 September.
