The Accio Piano Trio is now also performing in China. The ensemble, comprising Christina Scheicher (piano), Aylin Köybasi (violin) and Anne Sophie Keckeis (cello), is one of the ensembles selected for the 2025/26 season under the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ support programme, ‘The New Austrian Sound of Music’ (NASOM). The concert tour will take the three musicians to Beijing, Shaoxing, Tianjin and Shanghai. With works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Franz Schubert, Béla Bartók, Frank Martin and Tan Dun, the trio presents a multifaceted programme that brings together the musical traditions of Europe and China, spanning an impressive arc from the Viennese Classical period to contemporary music.
