This year, the ALPINALE is organising the Christmas Short Film Magic for the first time. The same eight films with a total running time of over 100 minutes will be screened twice on two days (5pm and 7pm). Depending on the weather, it will be decided which film blocks will be shown.
Away from Hollywood kitsch, guests can expect heart-warming, touching, funny and serious films about the Christmas season, which, despite the depth of content, manage to increase the anticipation of Christmas and reflect on the essential values.
The short films will be shown out of competition – without awarding a prize. .
