After a year’s break, the stages and cultural venues of the provincial capital once again open their doors for the Long Night of the Stages. This unique stage marathon in Austria with 25 venues, around 100 events and more than 500 participating artists attracts a theatre and dance-loving audience from all over Austria to Linz for one night every year.
The Long Night of the Stages begins with events for children at 16:00 and continues for young people and adults until well after midnight with an extensive and dense programme. From theatre, dance, cabaret, performances, music performances to active artistic hands-on activities, the programme offers a cross-section of the extensive and high-quality Upper Austrian cultural scene. A special focus will be dedicated to the annual regent Anton Bruckner.
