*Under Other Suns* brings together works by Christian Kosmas Mayer and Pablo Martínez-Zárate that focus on plants as living vessels of memory and history. In the exhibition, they are presented not merely as symbols, but as sensitive life-forms in which biological processes intertwine with political and colonial entanglements. Within them, different histories and forms of knowledge intersect. At the same time, they are embedded in processes of projection, displacement and survival, without being subsumed by them. It is precisely through their vitality and their inherent temporality that they elude any unambiguous interpretation. Thus, plants appear here as fragile yet tenacious life forms that bear within them traces of violence, continuity, resistance and care.
