Alongside a varied programme of exhibitions, there are many exciting events and special programmes on offer. Visitors can choose their own personal highlights from the rich programme and visit all participating venues and events with just one ticket. Alongside small, quirky venues and large, renowned cultural institutions, many new locations are taking part again this year, just waiting to be discovered by ‘Long Night’ visitors. This marks the 26th time that the ORF has organised this cultural event – numerous museums and galleries are taking part this year and will be opening their doors to culture-loving night owls from 6.00 pm to midnight. Visitors can obtain tickets and booklets in advance from the participating museums and cultural institutions; on the day of the event, they will also be available at the ‘Treffpunkt Museum’, which will be set up in every provincial capital (in Dornbirn in Vorarlberg) as well as in Krems.
