Vienna is once again becoming a hub for international food culture. Over ten days and at venues across the city, Vienna Future Food Week will host more than thirty events, bringing together chefs, producers, designers, restaurateurs, winemakers and food-loving creatives from Vienna and beyond. This year’s edition of the festival, organised by Popchop, offers a programme packed with talks, workshops, pop-ups, collaborations, take-overs and parties at various venues. Vienna Future Food Week views food not merely as a source of pleasure, but as a cultural medium and a starting point for exploring issues relating to society, design, craftsmanship, sustainability and the future of our food culture.
