The exhibition, presented in collaboration with the Ukrainian Institute in Germany, showcases 19 works by Ukrainian and Austrian design and architecture students from the Lviv Polytechnic and the Vienna University of Technology, which explore the spatial, social and cultural challenges of life during wartime. The focus is on how architecture and design can respond to threats, destruction and uncertainty, and what forms of protection, community and hope they can create within the city. The projects on display range from temporary shelters to reinterpretations of urban infrastructure, and illustrate new strategies for survival and cohesion.
