The Alpinale loves short film: selected short films can be experienced outdoors in Bludenz. All films are shown in the original sound with subtitles if necessary. A jury will select the best films in each category: animation, best short fiction film, v-shorts, children’s short film, horror as well as the audience award. The program for 2021 is yet to be announced.
Over 70 films have been selected for this year’s edition of the Alpinale. From the international festival winner to the local insider tip, everything is there. On Friday afternoon, the young audience will get their money’s worth with eight entertaining short films between three and fifteen minutes. Lovers of international short films will get their money’s worth: in addition to European countries, participants from India, Israel, Korea and Iran will also be there.
